We faced challenges integrating Regamma service details and customer data from various sources. The company’s operations involved multiple platforms, making it difficult to maintain accurate records. This fragmentation caused discrepancies in tracking service progress and customer interactions. We aimed to consolidate data management practices to enhance transparency and efficiency. By implementing a unified system, we hoped to reduce errors and improve decision-making.
